Shipping

Continental USA

We ship via UPS Ground. All shipping prices quoted are UPS Ground only.

We also offer 3rd Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, and Saturday service upon phone request.

We offer a discout on standard shipping for web orders.

Shipping charges are at cost. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands may be subject to a surcharge.

Please call or email us for quotes on international shipping.

You will pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges for orders returned.

All returned orders must have an Authorization Number issued from the Dinghy Shop.

Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country, Laws vary country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office for rules that apply. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue a refund.

Packaging

We at the Dinghy Shop are recycling minded. We also like to keep your cost as low as possible. Your package may arrive in a recycled box or contain clean reused packaging.

Prices and Availability

The Dinghy Shop makes a diligent effort to work with our suppliers and vendors to provide correct and updated pricing and availability; Prices are listed for the current year, but are subject to change without notice.

If you have ordered an item whose price has changed or is out of date we will notify you before processing your order.

Back Orders

The Dinghy Shop stocks the products it sells; however, certain items may be sold out from time-to-time. If an item is temporarily back ordered one of our staff will try to contact you to make you aware of the situation and let you decide how you want us to ship.

Return Policy

We try our best to make sure that what we ship is what you really wanted, but sometimes misunderstandings happen. If an item is unsatisfactory, we ask that you call, email or write us to discuss the situation and get a return authorization number. No returns will be credited without an R/A number.

All returns must have a receipt and be in saleable condition.

Special order items, cut lines, and mark-down items are final sale.
