Masthead Float

The masthead float helps to keep the mast head at the surface of the water in the event of a capsize, making it easier to right the boat and giving the crew more time to get into position.

No drilling or modifications are needed to install this float. Simply pass the halyard through the opening in the top, attach the halyard to the sial like you always so, pull the sail into the float, and raise the sail and float in the mast track together. In the end, the float will envelop the top of the sail.
